About Door Trail
A short boardwalk, wheelchair accessible, runs to a natural gap in the badlands wall that opens onto a view of the craggy formations. Past the overlook, yellow ground markers lead off the boardwalk through the rocks to a second viewpoint, where the footing is a bit harder. Watch for bighorn sheep and deer nearby, and keep to the markers, since the ground beyond the boardwalk is uneven underfoot.
