About Telescope Peak Trail
The trail begins at Mahogany Flat Campground and climbs past Arcane Meadows before steep switchbacks lead to a summit of large boulders. From the top, the views take in Death Valley and the Sierra Nevada, and the route can be icy or snowy in winter, when an ice axe and crampons may be needed. There is no water or restroom along the way, so carry everything you need.
