About Heart O' the Forest Trail
Starting from loop E of Heart O' the Hills Campground, this path leads into pristine old-growth forest full of large trees and varied plant life. It follows streams along the way, then drops into a creek valley before ending at a private property boundary, where hikers turn back. Pets and bicycles aren't allowed on the trail, so plan to leave them at the campground.
