About Kings Creek Falls Trail

The loop starts through Lower Kings Creek Meadow, then follows the Upper Cascades with wide hillside views as it descends toward a waterfall seen from a fenced overlook. Trees in forest scorched by the Dixie Fire stand charred and leafless along the way. The way back up hugs the creek on tight, steep stone steps, a demanding climb for anyone with limited mobility.
