About Natural Bridge Trail
Meandering through a forest, the path leads to a natural bridge formed by erosion of a rhyolite outcrop, where Bridge Creek flows beneath a span approximately 51 feet (16 m) above the creek. The trail follows an old/service road and offers views of the surrounding woods and creek. A short, steep switchback leads to the top of the bridge; travel across the bridge is prohibited to protect the feature. The area is also known for wildlife, including bears that frequent the creek during trout-spawning season.
