About Angels Landing Trail
Climb through steep switchbacks and narrow ridges with sheer drop-offs, using chains as handrails. The trail ascends from the Virgin River gorge, passing through Walter’s Wiggles, a series of 21 switchbacks, before reaching Scout Lookout. Beyond this point, the path becomes even more treacherous, culminating in a thrilling scramble to the summit. Panoramic views of Zion Canyon await at the top, offering a spectacular vista of iconic rock formations like the Great White Throne and Observation Point.
