Gulpha Gorge Campground and Rick's Pond
Gulpha Gorge Campground has 40 sites set right beside Gulpha Creek on the east side of Hot Springs, off US 70B.

Gorge Road leads to it. Both tents and recreational vehicles are welcome. Camping here requires a reservation, which you can make through Recreation.gov.
Every site has full hookups, with 30 and 50 amp electric service plus water and sewer connections. None of the sites are pull-through. Each one comes with a picnic table, a pedestal grill and water. Showers are not offered, but the restrooms are modern and include flush toilets with running water.
Many of the campsites line Gulpha Creek, which runs right past the campground. Among the trees lies a lawn with an amphitheater, a fitting spot for events that bring campers together. A picnic area sits off Gorge Road, giving meals and gatherings a space of their own.
Hikers have 26 miles of trails across the park to explore, with forest scenery and plenty of views. Several trails begin right at the campground.
Photographers will want to bring a camera. Rick's Pond and the Stonebridge rank among the park's favorite places to photograph, and the campground itself makes that list too. Gulpha Creek offers its own subjects, such as an arched bridge reflected in the water.
