About Cap Rock Nature Trail
A loop through Joshua tree woodland and Mojave yuccas, with granite boulders rising around the path. Benches and interpretive signs explain the plants and wildlife you pass, and picnic tables sit near the trailhead. There is little shade and no cell service, so bring water and plan for the sun. Fry Boulders and Ryan Campground are within walking distance, if you want to extend your visit.
