About Hickman Bridge Trail
A steady climb from the Fremont River leads to a viewpoint over Highway 24 and then to a large natural bridge tucked near the back of the canyon. Along the way, the path passes Fremont-era remains, including a pit house ruin and granary, and a small clay enclosure marked by numbered wooden posts. The route can be crowded at peak times, so an early start helps.
